I have a Holygon Landshape Pro subscription.
This license includes Placify Pro and Compfire Pro?
If it does, do I have to do a separate download to get them?

Yes, that’s right.
Placify and Compfire are fully independent extensions, but covered in your Landshape Pro license. Because they are so useful together.
When you are on a Landshape Pro license, Holygon includes licenses for Placify Pro and Compfire Pro, automatically and for free.
Since you have already activated Landshape on the same computer, Placify and Compfire should start working automatically, once they are installed in Sketchup.
To access Placify and Compfire, all you need is to install them and restart Sketchup.
The preferred way to download is from Trimble’s Extension Warehouse.

Alternatively, you can always download the latest versions of Landshape, Placify, Compfire directly from Holygon Downloads.
